A private reference I use to keep track of experience details, career decisions, project priorities, and how I describe my background. It separates stable information from sections that need regular review, which makes updates easier and more consistent.
At Digital Extremes, I proposed and built a shared Excel tracker to complement Jira. It gave a remote team a clearer view of individual assignments, edit readiness, and approval status; the tool was adopted as part of the team’s ongoing workflow.
At Manulife, I identified manual data retrieval between CRM, Excel, and PowerBI as a reporting bottleneck and implemented connections through native Microsoft integrations. I also recorded the setup so the team could maintain it.
A clean-slate redesign of this professional site around recruiter usability, focused information architecture, accessible responsive design, and straightforward maintenance. Legacy content was reviewed and kept only where it supported the current direction.
At Toronto Police Service, I reviewed communications infrastructure for process and coordination gaps, synthesized findings for leadership, and supported initial changes to handoffs and outdated resources.
